Bruce Miller, MBA, IGP, is a respected author, educator, speaker and consultant on Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRMS) systems and technology. Widely regarded as the inventor of electronic recordkeeping software, he pioneered the world’s first electronic recordkeeping software products, and achieved the first US DoD 5015.2 certifications. Bruce has received numerous awards including IBM’s Technical Recognition Award, the Ted Ferrier Award of Excellence, and the prestigious international Emmett Leahy Award. His ground-breaking book “Managing Records in Microsoft SharePoint” introduced new, state-of-the-art recordkeeping methods and technology.
